Let
God Guide You
by Catherine Pulsifer, (c)2012
Focus on happiness, not discontent
Thank God for the gifts that are heaven sent.
Rather than crying for what we have not
Give thanks for all that you've got.
Count your blessings and then
Share them with others again and again.
Always be kind, loving and true
With others and those dear to you.
Always show patience, don't turn away
It will make life worthwhile tomorrow and today.
Giving
helps others you know
But more importantly it helps you to grow.
God gave us the ability to do, not just try
Give thanks rather than cry.
Live your life fully and true
Don't let life get you blue.
As you start your day
Get down on your knees and pray.
Let God
guide you In all that you do.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Day With Daddy Turkey Day Food Drive to Support the Montgomery Area Food Bank
November 19, 2012
Day With Daddy is proud to announce that it is holding a Thanksgiving Food Drive to help support the Montgomery Area Food Bank (MAFB). It will be accepting non-perishable food items, as well as monetary donations, from Wednesday, November 21, 2012 through Friday, November 23, 2012 at the Marriott's Renaissance Hotel located at 201 Tallapoosa Street in downtown Montgomery.
The Montgomery Area Food Bank (MAFB) serves individuals and families throughout Central and Southern Alabama. Last year alone, it provided more than 19 million pounds of food to people in the Montgomery area, and expects even more food to be distributed this year. All donations are greatly appreciated and can make a huge difference in the lives of many people throughout Southern and Central Alabama. In fact, a donation of only ten dollars is able to provide 65 nutritious meals to individuals and families in the community.
Day With Daddy is a small business that empowers single fathers across the country to take an active parental role in raising their children. The company provides fathers with the tools and resources necessary to plan and organize activities with their children that are designed to strengthen and build their relationship. Day With Daddy understands the importance of local communities and reaching out to help those who are less fortunate. This is why it is proud to sponsor this important Day With Daddy Thanksgiving Food Drive on behalf of the MAFB.
